Kuaforya uygulamasının işletildiği kapsamda veri sorumlusu, uygulamayı yayınlayan tüzel/gerçek kişidir. İletişim için uygulama içi destek kanallarını veya App Store kaydında yer alan iletişim bilgilerini kullanabilirsiniz.
Veriler; hesabın oluşturulması ve yönetilmesi, randevu alınması ve yönetilmesi, işletme ve personel tarafında hizmet sunumu, güvenlik ve yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi amacıyla işlenir.
Uygulamanın çalışması için veriler; barındırma ve veritabanı (ör. Supabase), kimlik doğrulama ve arka uç hizmetleri ile bildirim altyapısı (ör. Google Firebase) gibi güvenilir üçüncü taraf sağlayıcılarda işlenebilir. Bu sağlayıcılar, hizmetin ifası için gerekli ölçüde veriye erişebilir.
Veriler, ilgili hizmetin gerektirdiği süre boyunca ve yasal zamanaşımı süreleri dâhilinde saklanır; gerektiğinde silinir veya anonimleştirilir.
KVKK ve uygulanabilir mevzuat kapsamında; verilerinize erişim, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz ve şikâyet hakkı gibi haklara sahip olabilirsiniz. Taleplerinizi uygulama içi veya yayıncı iletişim kanalları üzerinden iletebilirsiniz.
Kuaforya, bilerek 13 yaş altı çocuklardan veri toplamayı hedeflemez.
Bu politika güncellenebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama veya mağaza üzerinden bildirim yapılabilir.

The data controller is the legal or natural person who publishes the Kuaforya app. For contact details, use in-app support or the contact information shown on the App Store listing.
We process data to create and manage accounts, book and manage appointments, deliver services for salons and staff, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
Data may be processed by trusted third-party providers such as hosting and database (e.g. Supabase), authentication and backend services, and notification infrastructure (e.g. Google Firebase), as needed to run the app. Those providers may access data only to the extent required to provide the service.
We keep data for as long as needed for the service and applicable retention periods, including statutory limitation periods, and delete or anonymise it when appropriate.
Depending on applicable law (including Turkish data protection rules where they apply), you may have rights such as access, rectification, erasure, objection, and complaint. You can submit requests via in-app channels or the publisher contact options.
Kuaforya is not directed at collecting data from children under 13.
We may update this policy. Material changes may be communicated through the app or the store listing.
